With all of Cape Town on holiday-induced go-slow, things have definitely been quieter here at Ice Cream HQ. But that doesn’t mean we have been going slowly. Rather, it’s been a time to see to lots of little tasks around the office, play with a couple new ingredients and flavours, and start planning for the new year.
Our store room is now in order with tables and shelves aplenty, we’ve argued over label designs, tasted lots of ice cream and drunk lots of tea, and we’ve welcomed Barry, our solar-powered hula cow, to the office (see, we are so eco-friendly that even our cheap rubbish from China is solar powered!).
Our webshop is up and running, we have lots of ice cream stockpiled, and it’s finally starting to heat up outside. Bring it on, 2012, we’re ready to sell some ice cream!
