We are currently only accepting payment though our payment gateway: Payfast. We are not accepting cash at this time. We do not accept cheques.

Our home deliveries are done with a delivery partner. Due to COVID-19 and to prevent the spread of the virus, they are offering contactless delivery between 9am-5pm on your chosen delivery day. It is your responsibility to ensure somebody is at the delivery address to receive the order on the correct day. If you miss a delivery day, we will not keep your order, and we will not refund abandoned orders. If you need to change your delivery date, please give us a call or email us.

We strive to maintain this webshop so that it is accurate and up to date. If however an item you have purchased is not available or upon receiving it you are unhappy with its quality, we will give you the options of:

a)    waiting for the item/its replacement to become available,

b)   getting a refund via EFT

c)    replacing it with an item of equal value

In order for us to issue you with a replacement or refund for a disappointing product, we need to know: its best before date, batch number ( both given on the bottom label), flavour, where and when you received it, and what exactly is wrong with it.

For health reasons, we cannot exchange ice cream you have already collected with new ice cream. If you wish to change a flavour you have ordered but not yet picked up, please contact us via email or telephone one business day before your collection and we will try our hardest to accommodate your request.

Ice cream is a perishable product. We take great care to sell you ice cream that has been correctly frozen. Once you receive your ice cream, it is up to you to maintain the cold chain from your collection point through to your home, and then to keep it frozen until serving. Do not microwave or ‘leave it out to thaw’ before serving. If your freezer runs at a standard -18C, our ice cream should be the correct temperature for scooping as soon as it is removed from the freezer. Return any remaining ice cream to the freezer immediately after use. Natural ice cream cannot be refrozen after thawing/melting without compromising quality. Our ice cream contains no artificial emulsifiers or thickeners, so please help us maintain the quality of our ice cream once it has left our hands!

We reserve the right to choose with whom we do business. This includes but is not limited to customers who abuse staff or other customers, or customers who repeatedly do not pay for or collect their orders.
